The museum of oil exhibits an olive mill, olive press, spindle for tightening press screws, bags, a fireplace for heating the water and all traditional tools for transport, production and storage of olive oil. Visitors can taste and buy olive oil and other local food products in the museum. The people of Brač are very proud of their oil so if requested, olive oil and food tasting can be organized in the museum. The Cukrov family continues the family tradition of producing olive oil as a part of their family business, this time on modern machines, for which it was awarded the bronze medal for extra virgin olive oil at the Oblica fest 2014 in Postira.
Driving across the island to Zlatni rat beach, well known as the “best in Croatia”. Located on the west side of Bol, the golden sandy beach stretches for 1 km into the sea in the shape of a cone. You will have enough time for lunch and swimming. Lastly, we board a ferry from Supetar to Split and are expected to arrive in Split at 6.00 pm.
