Does my fare include a tip?

No. Giving a tip is discretionary and completely up to you.

Does vehicle provide free WI-FI?

We provide You free WI-FI connection inside the vehicle and without an extra charge.

Can I carry pets in the transfer vehicle?

It is possible to provide transportation of pets, but only if they are properly placed in their travel boxes and put in the cargo hold of the vehicle.

Do you provide tours for disabled people?

Yes, we provide tour services for the disabled people, but make sure you notify us on time so that we can prepare an adequate vehicle.

What should I bring with me on the tour?

Comfortable walking shoes are a good choice to wear. A camera, sunscreen, and sunglasses are advised as well.

Are we able to create a Tailor made Tour?

Are Your prices per vehicle or per person?

All our prices mentioned at the web site are per vehicle not per person.

Do vehicles have air condition?

Yes, all vehicles are equipped with air-conditioning.

What type of Vehicle can I choose?

You can choose a standard car, luxury car, minivan up to 8 persons, minibus up to 14 persons, bus up to 50 persons

How can I locate my driver?

Your driver will come to pick you up at your desired destination. If your transfer starts at the airport, your driver will wait for you at the check-out exit holding a tag with your name on it.

Will I be charged extra if I have a lot of luggage?

We do not charge extra the luggage of the passengers and the driver will help you load it into the vehicle. Our luggage policy closely follows that of airlines. Per each passenger, one checked baggage and two carry-on items are allowed. If you have excess luggage, please send us an email in advance so we can provide you information on time.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Your driver will at all times be informed about your flight details and will collect you at the new time. In case your flight is delayed, the driver will be aware of the new schedule and will wait for You as previously mentioned. We do not charge extra for drivers waiting for arriving flights.

How do I make my booking?
